📢 We’re Hiring | Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer (Indian Male) to join our dynamic HR team.

🔹 Responsibilities:
●Manage recruitment process (sourcing, screening and onboarding)
●Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
●Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms
●Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
●Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
●Manage employee relations and support management directives.

🔹 Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
●Minimum of 2–3 years experience in recruitment or similar HR role
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills
●Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
●Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
