Description

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Provide menu guidance and recommend drinks based on customer preferences.

Maintain a friendly, positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Prepare all hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) according to company recipes and standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.

Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours.
Calibrate machines daily to ensure the best extraction and flavor.

Grind coffee beans as required, ensuring correct dose and texture.

Monitor freshness of beans, milk, and ingredients.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and POS systems.

Perform routine cleaning of coffee machines and follow maintenance guidelines.

Report any machine malfunction immediately.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

Follow all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Ensure proper storage of all ingredients and supplies.
