Description

1.Receiving calls from customer complaints.
2.Updating customer on a day today basis through email or phone the status of the machine.
3.Coordinating with ground level people to check whether the issues have been sorted.
4.Entering all the data pertaining to control room.
5.Coordinating with customer for any of the query.
6.Writing mail to customer for consumables or any other update
Requirements :
1. Should be staying in Kuwait with valid Kuwait residency.
2. Very Good Communication Skills (English - Written & Verbal).
3. Can Join Immediately.
4. Flexible to work for 12 hours (Overtime will be paid)
