About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to our team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a foundational understanding of commercial or finance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational and logistics tasks while supporting communication and documentation across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for daily operations, team coordination, and scheduling.
• Assist in basic logistics coordination, including handling shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining related documentation.
• Support commercial and finance-related activities such as data entry, invoice processing, filing, and record keeping.
• Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and communication updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in processing purchase requests, managing vendor communication, and monitoring order status.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely information flow and task execution.
• Support in maintaining office organization and supplies, as well as handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of logistics, procurement, or commercial workflows.
• Good working knowledge of finance or administrative documentation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
