About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and support to customer inquiries
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fluency in Both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required
• 1–2 years of experience in a call center or similar customer service role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
