UAPCO, a well-established and reputable organization in Kuwait, is looking for a qualified and experienced Agriculture Engineer specializing in maintenance operations within agricultural fields. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience managing and maintaining agricultural facilities, equipment, and systems.

🔹 Position Overview:

The Agriculture Engineer (Maintenance) will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities across the company’s agricultural operations. The selected candidate will ensure that all equipment, irrigation systems, plantations, and farm infrastructure function efficiently and remain in excellent condition.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage maintenance operations in agricultural fields

Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems and agricultural machinery

Ensure proper upkeep of farm infrastructure, greenhouses, planting areas, and related facilities

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules

Identify technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements where necessary

Work closely with the farm management team to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate reports of maintenance activities and equipment status

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Agricultural Engineering or relevant field

Proven experience in agricultural maintenance work

Strong understanding of irrigation systems, farm machinery, and agricultural infrastructure

Ability to speak and read Arabic is an advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Must hold Article 18 (Ahli) transferable residency

Ready to join immediately

Ability to work in outdoor farm environments
