UAPCO, one of Kuwait’s well-established and reputable companies, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Payroll Officer to join our team. We are a stable, growing organization known for our professional environment and strong operational foundation. This position is ideal for candidates who possess solid payroll experience and a thorough understanding of Kuwait labor regulations.

🔹 Position Overview:

The HR Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing and processing the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Kuwait Labor Law. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process monthly payroll

Maintain accurate employee records and attendance data

Ensure all payroll activities comply with Kuwait Labor Law

Handle salary adjustments, deductions, leaves, and end-of-service benefits

Coordinate with HR and management for payroll-related matters

Generate reports for internal use as needed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Strong and proven experience in payroll management

In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law

Ability to read and speak Arabic fluently

Must hold Article 18 (Ahli) transferable residency

Must be ready to join immediately

Excellent organizational and communication skills
