UAPCO, a well-established and reputable company in Kuwait, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our plant nursery located in Al Rai, next to Lulu. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant sales, customer service, and basic knowledge of nursery operations.

πŸ”Ή Position Overview:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining plant displays, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a clean and vibrant nursery environment. Candidates should be passionate about plants, customer service, and providing an excellent shopping experience to clients.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with plant selection and inquiries

Provide accurate information about plant care, maintenance, and recommendations

Handle sales transactions, billing, and issuing receipts

Maintain neat, attractive plant displays and product arrangements

Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, wilting, or damage

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the nursery area

Support restocking, inventory checks, and daily nursery operations

Communicate effectively with management regarding stock and customer needs

πŸ”Ή Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or nursery/plant shop preferred

Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and plant care is an advantage

Ability to speak and read Arabic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must hold Article 18 (Ahli) transferable residency

Ready to join immediately

Positive attitude, presentable, and customer-oriented
