We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.
πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial reports
β€’ Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
β€’ Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
β€’ Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
β€’ Lead and mentor the finance team
πŸŽ“ Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
β€’ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance
β€’ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems
β€’ Excellent analytical and communication skills
β€’ Leadership experience is an advantage
