💼 Position: Project Coordinator – Electrical Engineering Company (Lighting & Smart Home Systems)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate site-related activities across lighting and smart home installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth daily workflow between teams, clients, and project departments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Installation Planning & Scheduling
• Prepare daily installation plans for all active projects.
• Update schedules based on site progress and team feedback.
• Allocate manpower and assign task teams.
• Coordinate installation timelines between Studio, Store, and Contracting divisions.

2. Site Observation & Reporting
• Conduct 2–3 weekly site visits to observe installation progress.
• Review layouts, installation status, and pending works.
• Report findings to operations and update schedules accordingly.

3. Briefing & Internal Coordination
• Arrange technical briefings when needed.
• Ensure team leaders, engineers, and operations staff receive updated drawings and notes.
• Maintain smooth communication between all internal teams.

4. Material & Resource Coordination
• Arrange scaffolding and share booking links with clients.
• Request materials/tools and coordinate driver purchases.
• Ensure materials are ready prior to installation.

5. Client Communication
• Communicate installation dates, progress updates, delays, and changes.
• Share completion updates and future steps.
• Ensure a professional and responsive client experience.

🎓 Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in site/construction coordination.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and site workflow.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).

🛠 Required Skills
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills (tracking, schedules, reporting).
• Excellent communication in Arabic (preferred) and English (required).
• High organizational ability & strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
