Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics, deliveries, and dispatch schedules

Manage warehouse stock movement and documentation

Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations

Track shipments, prepare delivery notes & invoices

Ensure accurate records, timely deliveries, and proper routing

Support purchasing and inventory teams when needed

🔹 Requirements

Experience in logistics / supply chain (preferred)

Strong communication & coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, ERP preferred)

Must be organized, reliable, and proactive
