Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivery operations to lead, optimize, and scale our logistics and delivery projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working at Talabat, with deep knowledge of last-mile delivery, fleet management, operational workflows, and technology-based logistics platforms.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic professional capable of driving operational excellence and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage delivery-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all initiatives.
• Analyze current operations and introduce improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery processes including fleet performance, order flow, dispatching, and route optimization.
• Work closely with operations, fleet, technology, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of all projects.
• Develop clear project timelines, workflow structures, KPIs, and reporting systems.
• Monitor project risks, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Optimize driver utilization, reduce downtime, and improve overall SLA performance.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships when related to project needs.
• Lead process automation initiatives and support tech team with operational insights.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews, presenting results and improvement plans to senior management.
• Train, guide, and support operational teams to ensure clear understanding of new processes.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience at delivery field in operations, logistics, or delivery management roles.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale delivery or fleet operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery mechanics, KPIs, SLA calculations, and driver productivity metrics.
• Experience managing cross-departmental projects with strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
