Description

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Computer Technicians to join a critical project supporting the technology infrastructure of the Kuwait Ministry of Health.

Key Responsibilities:
Hardware & Software Support: Provide first and second-level technical support for computer hardware, operating systems, and applications across various MoH facilities.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.

System Setup: Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software based on project requirements and MoH standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and service requests (helpdesk tickets).

User Assistance: Guide and train end-users on basic system operations and best practices.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Two-Year Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory requirement).

Experience: Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical maintenance is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems (e.g., Windows 10/11/Server), MS Office Suite, basic networking (TCP/IP), and printer setup.

Communication: Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English preferred) and a professional demeanor.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and solve technical problems effectively under pressure.

Local Hire Only: Only applicants residing currently in Kuwait will be considered. We are not hiring from outside of Kuwait.

Advantageous: Possession of a valid Kuwaiti Driving License is considered a strong advantage.
