Description

Safely drive company vehicles for business purposes, including deliveries, pick-ups, or client transportation.

Maintain the cleanliness, service, and routine checks of the vehicle (fuel, oil, tires, brakes).

Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals.

Ensure all necessary documents such as license, vehicle registration, and insurance are valid and up to date.

Comply with all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.

Assist in loading and unloading goods if required.

Report any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or violations to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain logbooks and records of trips, mileage, and deliveries.

Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with clients, staff, or public.

Support other operational tasks as needed, including courier or office errands.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driving license appropriate for vehicle type.

Proven driving experience; knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.

Good physical condition and ability to handle long drives or heavy vehicles.

Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to read maps or GPS.

Professional attitude and courteous behavior.
