1. Sales Associate / Chocolate Seller

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers at the shop, selling chocolates, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and help them choose chocolates and gift items.
* Achieve and improve daily sales targets.
* Provide clear communication, product knowledge, and suggestions to customers.
* Take customer feedback and follow up on inquiries when needed.
* Maintain cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels in the shop.
* Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.

2. Supervisor /Order Dispatcher

Job Summary:
The Lead Supervisor & Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing drivers, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of all orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dispatch orders correctly and assign them to the right drivers.
* Ensure timely deliveries and avoid missing or delayed orders.
* Communicate on WhatsApp groups for updates on customizations, additions, or edits in large orders.
* Coordinate with drivers and ensure they know Kuwait routes and areas.
* Maintain order accuracy, follow up on any issues, and take corrective actions.
* Support operations during peak hours and ensure smooth workflow.

3. Packer / Chocolate Arranger

Job Summary:
The Packer & Chocolate Arranger is responsible for packing, wrapping, and arranging chocolates neatly and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pack chocolates carefully and professionally according to company standards.
* Wrap items with cellophane and other packing materials cleanly and neatly.
* Arrange chocolates in boxes, trays, and gift items with proper alignment and design.
* Check product quality, freshness, and presentation before dispatch.
* Maintain cleanliness of the packing area and tools.
* Assist in refilling stock and preparing items for large orders.
