Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of traditional and modern dishes from both cuisines and be capable of maintaining high food quality, hygiene standards, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Mediterranean dishes (Greek, Turkish, Italian- influenced, etc.)

Prepare Middle Eastern cuisine including grills, kebabs, shawarma, hummus, falafel, rice dishes, etc.

Create new menu items and maintain recipe standards

Ensure proper food presentation and taste consistency

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety & hygiene standards

Train and guide kitchen assistants when required

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine
Strong knowledge of spices, grilling techniques, and traditional recipes
Ability to work in fast- paced kitchen environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
