SALARY - 325kd To 425kd
8 hours duty,1 day off.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our coffee appliances products, welcoming walk-in customers and providing excellent customer service, ensuring that the showroom display is well-stocked and maintained.
Besides, he is required to perform administrivia tasks, i.e. answering email, issuing invoices using SAP system.

Welcome & meet the showroom visitors and answering their queries.
Promote and sell coffee appliances products to customers.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers, answering questions and providing product information as needed
Keep the showroom area organized, clean, and well-stocked by display products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other point-of-sale (POS) system.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to received payments, cash handling, and customer service
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all customers receive the best possible service and support
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions of invoices, emails, and contract.
Train, demonstrate, and, perform necessary coffee taste and machine’s calibration to the customer if it’s required.
Perform a barista training & activates onto the client location, if needed.
Hand over the cash amount to accounts with acknowledgement on daily basics
Responds and resolves customer issues according and addresses any other complaint to the concerned seniors.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
knowledge of coffee appliances products and their features and benefits.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
