Job Announcement: Compliance Officer – Exchange Company
A leading Currency Exchange Company is seeking to hire a Compliance Officer to join its administrative team, according to the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement compliance and governance policies within the company.
• Ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations and laws related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF).
• Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure that procedures comply with regulatory frameworks.
• Provide recommendations to management to enhance the internal compliance system.
• Train employees on approved regulatory policies and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance or financial oversight, preferably in the exchange or banking sector.
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office applications.
