📢 Temporary Vacancy: Tech Support Specialist
Location: Kuwait City
Duration: 3 to 6 months

🔧 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tech Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting IT systems in an educational environment will be plus.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for computers, printers, projectors, and classroom technology
• Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues promptly
• Support online learning platforms and Online Learning administrative systems
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory
• Collaborate with the IT team on system updates and maintenance tasks
🎓 Qualifications:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of technical support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and common educational software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
