Location: West Shuaiba Industrial Area (Kuwait)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and sales acumen to drive the promotion and sale of steel structure solutions through effective client engagement, proposal development, and end-to-end sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell steel structure and industrial construction solutions by combining technical knowledge with sales expertise
• Engage with clients through meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and technical specifications
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Production teams to develop accurate proposals, BOQs, and quotations
• Present technical solutions, drawings, and commercial offers in a professional and persuasive manner
• Manage RFQs, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with clients
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to project handover
• Follow up on drawing approvals, contract documentation, and project milestones
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and documentation, and support invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in steel structure / construction sales (Kuwait or GCC)
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication and erection
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
