We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and tracking purchase orders
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Following up on deliveries and documentation
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of items
• Ensure invoices are accurate and delivered to accounts team on time
• In-Charge of Receiving Process

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and admin skills
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
• Detail-oriented and reliable
