NAI FOOD GROUP, a reputable organization in the Food & Beverage sector, is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Control & Inventory Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective cost management, accurate inventory control, and operational efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor cost control procedures for food, beverage, and operating supplies

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams

Review receiving, issuing, and storage processes to ensure compliance

Prepare detailed cost control and inventory reports for management review

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support waste reduction initiatives

Ensure adherence to company policies and internal control standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cost control or inventory management, preferably in the F&B industry

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
