We are seeking a confident and organized Chef de Pass to manage kitchen service flow and coordinate between the kitchen and FOH.

Responsibilities:

Control and monitor food orders at the pass

Ensure correct timing, presentation, and quality of dishes

Handle special requests, allergies, and modifications

Maintain hygiene, discipline, and food safety

Requirements:

Experience as Kitchen Expeditor, Chef de Pass, Commis, Runner, Busser, or Assistant Waiter

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

High attention to detail and quality control

Additional Info:

Transferable Visa 18

Immediate joiners preferred
