About the Company

Oishii Sushi is one of Kuwaitโ€™s most recognized Food & Beverage brands, offering premium Japanese dining experiences across multiple outlets. We are now expanding our operations team and looking for a dedicated Online Restaurant Commis to support our fast-growing online delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing food items according to recipes and standards.
โ€ข Support in the packaging and labeling of online food orders.
โ€ข Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the work area.
โ€ข Ensure timely and accurate preparation of online orders for delivery.
โ€ข Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and basic kitchen supplies.
โ€ข Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
โ€ข Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and Kuwait municipality regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary certification is a plus).
โ€ข 1โ€“3 years of experience as a commis, kitchen helper, or food preparation staff.
โ€ข Prior experience in F&B or online food delivery operations is preferred.
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
โ€ข Team player with a positive attitude.
โ€ข Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
