We are a fast-growing restaurant & catering company in Kuwait looking for a strong, firm, and people-focused Employee Relations & Performance Officer to join our operations team.

🔹 Role Overview:

You will work closely with restaurant staff, shift managers, and cluster managers to:
• Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
• Manage probation reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Support and coordinate training programs for operational staff
• Visit branches regularly to observe performance and compliance
• Collect feedback from operations managers and submit clear reports to senior management
• Support incentive programs and performance tracking

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
• Firm, confident, and not afraid to have difficult conversations
• Comfortable dealing directly with staff in restaurants
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fair
• Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic a plus)
• Previous HR / employee relations / operations support experience preferred
