Hiring: Business Development Executive
Gender: Female
Nationality: Kuwaiti / Arab
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
Salary & Benefits:Flexible, based on experience and qualifications
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Attend industry events, meetings, and networking activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
