To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:

• Execute the recruitment cycle [end to end process] within the team
• Manage corporate phone screens, schedule interviews, email correspondence with potential candidates and organize candidate logistics for corporate clients
• Create and maintain recruiting files for all positions (advertisements, job descriptions, and announcements)

**Education Qualification***
·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred with at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
