✔ Prepare & cook continental dishes (Hot Kitchen)
✔ Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness
✔ Manage ingredients & inventory
✔ Support daily kitchen operations

✔ Minimum 3 years experience as a chef

Location: Khaitan, Kuwait | Visa: Regular Company Visa | Joining: ASAP

✅ Responsibilities:
♦️ Prepare & cook food for hot and cold stations
♦️ Handle seafood prep with proper cleaning, storage & hygiene
♦️ Mix spices & prepare marinades
♦️ Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance & cross-contamination control
♦️ Maintain correct storage & temperature standards
♦️ Keep workstations & tools clean & organized
♦️ Support daily kitchen operations

✅ Requirements:
♦️ 2+ years experience as a cook (seafood preferred)
♦️ Experience in hot & cold stations
♦️ Skilled in spice mixing & marination
♦️ Knowledge of food safety standards
♦️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Salary & Benefits: 150 KD –220 KD + Accommodation+ Medical insurance,+Work clothes & Duty meals
✅ Schedule: 8–12 hours/day, 6 days/week, overtime paid if working on off days
