A fintech company is seeking an experienced Mandoop / Government Relations Officer to manage all government-related processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role is critical in supporting company operations through effective coordination with government authorities and timely completion of official documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with government authorities including Ministries, Immigration, Public Authority for Manpower, and Traffic Department
• Handle visas, residencies, work permits, and renewals for employees
• Manage company registrations, licenses, and regulatory renewals
• Submit and collect official documents from government offices
• Coordinate with banks and external agencies when required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance
• Support HR and Operations teams with government-related matters
• Stay updated on Kuwait labor laws, fintech regulations, and government procedures
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum education: High school or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Mandoop / Government Relations Officer in Kuwait
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait government procedures and compliance requirements
• Transferable residency (mandatory)
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
• Familiarity with government digital platforms (Sahel, Ashal, Manpower Authority)
• Fluency in Arabic (English is an advantage)
• High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
