🚨 We’re Hiring | CNC Operator – Woodworking (Kuwait) 🚨

Sadeer Trading & Contracting Co. is currently hiring a CNC Operator (Woodworking) to join our workshop and production team in Kuwait.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable professional with strong hands-on knowledge in CNC woodworking operations.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines (3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis – if applicable) for wood and wood-based materials

Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files

Set up machines, tools, bits, fixtures, and materials efficiently

Perform routing, cutting, drilling, engraving, and profiling with high accuracy

Ensure production quality meets project and client requirements

Handle basic troubleshooting and routine CNC machine maintenance

Coordinate with production, design, and finishing teams to meet deadlines

Follow workshop safety regulations and maintain cleanliness

🧠 Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in woodworking / joinery / carpentry

Strong understanding of wood materials (MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneer, laminates, etc.)

Experience with CNC software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar

Ability to work independently under production pressure

Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality

Applicants must be currently in Kuwait or willing to relocate

Transferable visa in Kuwait is preferred
