Job Description (English):
We are looking for a Mandoob to handle all government- related work for our Real Estate projects – House (Homz Mall), Dajeej South Farwaniya. The candidate will be responsible for completing official paperwork, visiting government departments, and managing all related procedures efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handling residency renewal, civil ID, and visa processing

Completing license renewals and government documentation

Visiting ministries and government offices for official work

Following up on approvals and official transactions

Maintaining proper records and documents

Requirements:

Arabic speaking is mandatory

Basic knowledge of computers (email, online government systems)

Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)

Having a car is preferable

Nationality preference: Egyptian or Indian

Experience as a Mandoob is highly preferred

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

نبحث عن مندوب للعمل في جميع المعاملات الحكومية الخاصة بمشاريعنا العقارية – House (Homz Mall) – دجيج جنوب الفروانية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إنجاز جميع المعاملات الرسمية ومتابعتها لدى الجهات الحكومية.

المسؤوليات:

تجديد الإقامات والبطاقات المدنية

إنجاز معاملات التأشيرات والرخص

مراجعة الجهات الحكومية المختلفة

متابعة المعاملات الرسمية وإنهاؤها

حفظ وتنظيم المستندات الرسمية

المتطلبات:

إجادة اللغة العربية

معرفة أساسية باستخدام الكمبيوتر

رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية (شرط أساسي)

يفضل وجود سيارة

يفضل الجنسيات: مصري أو هندي

خبرة سابقة في أعمال المندوب

الجدية والالتزام بالعمل
