Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef / Head Pastry Chef

Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18 – Ahli / SME) is mandatory

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff

Expertise in menu development, R&D, and new product innovation

Highly proficient in a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, viennoiserie (croissants, Danish, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of recipe standardization, portion control, and cost management

Ability to maintain high quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure

Immediate joiners preferred
