Description

We are seeking a Food Safety Training Officer to strengthen hygiene and food safety culture across our F&B operations. The role focuses on staff training, onboarding, on-floor coaching, and reinforcing correct practices. You will deliver engaging training sessions, prepare clear materials, and ensure compliance with Kuwait Municipality food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular food safety & hygiene training and onboarding sessions
- Coach staff directly on the floor, correcting practices through demonstration
- Prepare training guides, posters, and checklists
- Monitor temperature logs, receiving, and storage practices
- Support outlets during audits and inspections
- Maintain training records, SOPs, and compliance documentation

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Confident presenting to multicultural teams
- Hands-on, patient, and able to simplify concepts
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, or central kitchens
- Can join immediately
- Transferrable Residency (Article 18)
