We are looking for a dynamic and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO and manage operations at the Main Reception.

>Female candidate with 4-5 years of proven experience as an executive or similar role.

.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

>Strong organizational and time-management skills

>Proficient in MS office

>Professional appearance and pleasant personality

>Capable do coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling visitors professionally.

>Manage CEO's calendar, meetings and correspondences.
>Handle main reception duties and greet visitors
>Coordinate internal and external communications
>Prepare report, letters and presentations
>Support day to day administrative operations.
