We are looking for an Estimation Engineer with experience in tendering, pricing, and contracting for construction projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting bid submissions, and using estimation software to ensure competitive and compliant tenders.

Responsibilities:

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
Develop pricing for bids, tenders, and contracts.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
Use estimation and construction software for cost analysis and reporting.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in construction estimation, tendering, and contracting.
Proficiency in estimation software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
