Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in Franchise and Cafes (a must).
- Conduct regular evaluations of food and beverage offerings to ensure menu items are both profitable, seasonally appropriate, and tailored to the evolving tastes of patrons.
-Uphold rigorous standards in culinary quality as well as maintain strict compliance with sanitation protocols throughout all food preparation and service areas.
-Direct the hiring process, organizing staff work schedules, and implement continuous training programs to guarantee efficient daily operations and uniformity in guest service delivery.
-Promote exceptional customer experiences by proactively managing guest interactions and effectively resolving any complaints or concerns that arise.
- Manage budgets for labor costs and related administrative tasks.
-Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms for purchasing goods and services essential to restaurant operations.
-Supervise inventory management practices for perishable foods, kitchen tools, tableware, and other operational supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and product integrity.
Skills:
-Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B.
-Effective communication with employees, customers, and vendors.
-Must have in-depth knowledge of food safety protocols, handling guidelines, and licensing requirements to ensure compliance and protect public health.
-Develop budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing sales data, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
