Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Books Administrator to manage and optimize our accounting system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, configuring Zoho Books modules, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.



Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Zoho Books accounts and settings

Configure chart of accounts, tax rules, workflows, and automation

Manage invoices, bills, expenses, and vendor records

Reconcile bank and credit card transactions

Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies

Coordinate with auditors and finance teams

Integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho applications or third-party tools

Train staff on proper system use and best practices

Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Zoho support when required



Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Zoho Books Administrator, Accountant, or similar role

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books configuration and automation

Knowledge of tax compliance (VAT/GST preferred)

Experience with integrations and APIs is a plus

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
