Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational needs
Deal with accounts payables and reconciliations
Deal with receivables and B2B clients follow ups
Petty cash issue and control
Inventory control
Excellent knowledge in Excel

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting preferable
Previous experience as an accountant
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Urgently Hiring: Cost Controller – F&B Sector
Location: Kuwait City

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Monthly cost control food & beverage cost analysis and (COGS)reporting.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor stock transfer, and ensure accurate inventory management in the kitchen, bars, and storage areas.
Menu Costing : Work with chefs to calculate food and beverage item costs and make for menu and recipe costing.
Variance Analysis : Conduct regular reviews of food and beverage cost variances and provide insights and corrective action plans to improve margins.
Reporting : Generate weekly or monthly reports on food and beverage costs and present findings to the finance manager
Waste Management : Implement procedures to minimize waste and ensure maximum utilization of resources in the kitchen and F&B operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
years of experience in F&B cost control, financial management, or in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including costing, inventory control, and menu pricing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
