Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding and possess hands-on experience in managing end-to-end international shipments, documentation, and freight calculations.

This is an immediate hiring position for someone who is proactive, organized, and deeply knowledgeable in logistics and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end shipment operations, including:
• Pickup coordination
• Freight booking
• Customs clearance
• Transportation arrangements
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, such as:
• Commercial Invoices
• Packing Lists
• Certificates of Origin
• AWB/BL, etc.
• Request and compare freight quotes (air, sea, land) from various forwarders.
• Accurately calculate freight charges based on weight, volume, and route.
• Track and monitor shipments and maintain clear communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, documentation, and coordination with clearing agents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and incoterms.
• Maintain shipment logs, cost reports, and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Shipping terms & Incoterms
• Freight calculation methods
• Customs documentation & clearance
• End-to-end logistics workflows
• Familiarity with GCC logistics operations is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic logistics software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Must be organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple shipments concurrently.
