Job title : Training Associate - Dining Restaurant
The Training Associate will support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of restaurant staff. This role works closely with management to ensure team members are well-prepared, confident, and aligned with our service standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires (FOH & BOH)
- Deliver hands-on training on service standards, food safety, and restaurant procedures
- Support development and updates of training materials and manuals
- Observe staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Reinforce brand values, guest service standards, and teamwork
- Coordinate refresher training and skill-development sessions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements :
- Previous experience is compulsory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 18+ visa
