We are looking for a results-driven Commercial & Business Development Manager to lead our commercial strategy while expanding business opportunities in the mechanical sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial management skills with the ability to secure new projects and build long-term client relationships.

?? Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical projects

• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts

• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and profitability

• Manage contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Ensure proper administration of contracts and compliance with terms

• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mechanical and industrial sectors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Lead prequalification, tendering, and bidding processes

• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations

• Conduct market research to identify potential projects and growth areas

• Support company expansion plans and strategic partnerships

?? Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field

• 6–12+ years of experience in commercial and business development roles within the mechanical / MEP / construction industry

• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project financial management

• Proven track record in winning projects and developing new clients

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and commercial/project management tools

• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
