Commercial Management
β€’ Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical projects
β€’ Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
β€’ Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and profitability
β€’ Manage contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
β€’ Ensure proper administration of contracts and compliance with terms
β€’ Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Business Development
β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mechanical and industrial sectors
β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
β€’ Lead prequalification, tendering, and bidding processes
β€’ Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations
β€’ Conduct market research to identify potential projects and growth areas
β€’ Support company expansion plans and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements
β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field
β€’ 8–12+ years of experience in commercial and business development roles within the mechanical / MEP / construction industry
β€’ Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project financial management
β€’ Proven track record in winning projects and developing new clients
β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
β€’ Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office and commercial/project management tools
β€’ Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
β€’ Age Below 50
