We’re Hiring | Procurement Coordinator – Immediate Joiner | Kuwait
Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
- Experience within construction industry preferred
- Must be bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day procurement activities across business operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Follow up on purchase requests, quotations, and order processing
- Track deliveries and ensure materials are received as per timelines
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
- Process transactions and reporting through Microsoft Dynamics
