Job Responsibilities:
- Create and arrange flower bouquets and floral designs professionally.
- Select appropriate flowers and color combinations based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Ensure proper care, freshness, and quality of flowers.
- Handle customer orders accurately and complete them on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop/work area.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Florist is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and professional appearance.
