Description

We are seeking a Business Development executive with experience in Sales Management and Tendering Local and proposal development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and supporting the company’s growth across Government, Oil & Gas and Corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
• Monitor tender portals, RFQs, and RFPs
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with operations and procurement teams
• Develop pricing strategies, cost estimates, and proposal documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify new service areas and potential partnerships
• Support contract negotiations and handover to operations after award
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or tendering roles
- Proven experience in proposal preparation
- Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and documentation
- Prior experience in K-Tendering
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in sectors such as Facilities Support and MEP Procurement
