1. Mason
We are looking for a Mason to handle block work, plastering, and finishing of precast elements. The role includes surface alignment, patching, and ensuring quality finishing under supervision.

Qualifications:

Experience in precast or construction masonry work.

knowledge of concrete and finishing tools.

2. Welder
We are looking for a Welder to perform welding, cutting, and repair of steel molds and precast structures. The candidate should ensure weld quality and follow safety standards.

Qualifications:

Skilled in MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
Experience in precast or metal fabrication work preferred.

3. Steel Fixer
We are looking for a Steel Fixer to cut, bend, and tie reinforcement bars for precast elements. The role requires precision and adherence to technical drawings.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of bar bending and rebar installation.

Experience in precast or construction steel fixing work.

4. Rigger
We are looking for a Rigger to assist in lifting and positioning precast elements safely. The candidate must operate rigging equipment and communicate effectively with crane operators.

Qualifications:
Precast factory experience.
Knowledge of safety rules and rigging procedures.
