We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our factory in Ahmadi.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and coordinating customer orders

Printing shipping labels and handling shipment documentation

Managing order processing and ensuring accurate preparation

Coordinating with logistics and shipping companies

Handling basic administrative and office tasks

Using computer systems and online platforms efficiently

Requirements:

Strong computer and internet skills

Ability to work with shipping platforms and print labels

Good organizational and coordination skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic English skills (reading and writing)

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
