We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Retail E-commerce (Kuwait)

We are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our children’s retail e-commerce business in Kuwait, Shuwaikh.

- Visa 18 Ahli holder
- Can commute to Shuwaikh
- Can Speak, read and write in English and Arabic MUST

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the entire store/operations team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.
- Monitor store performance and improve processes and productivity.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle operational issues independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be currently in Kuwait.
- Visa 18 (Ahli) preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
