A reputed pet store in Al Rai is looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily cashier duties and billing accurately
• Assist customer's in-store and provide excellent product recommendations
• Actively sell pet products and promote ongoing offers
• Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards before and during opening hours
• Manage restocking and ensure shelves are organized at all times
• Track inventory and coordinate monthly stock supply to partner veterinary stores
• Process and manage online orders (e.g., Deliveroo and other platforms)
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email (English & Arabic)
• Use Excel for basic reporting and stock tracking
• Work with operations systems (Phoenix preferred, or willing to learn)

🔹 Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Retail or pet store experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, restocking, and inventory management
• Ability to commute daily to Al Rai
• Full-time availability (Friday off only)
• Article 18 (Transferable Visa)
• Able to join immediately
• Indian nationality preferred
