Hiring: Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Strategy: Lead the group-wide content plan and define core messaging.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the internal marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand output.
Digital Management: Oversee Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and SEO content.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with school principals and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Performance & Tools: Utilize CRM and social media tools (e.g., Zoho Social) to track performance and report insights.
Event Marketing: Support fairs and exhibitions with integrated on-ground and digital campaigns.

Requirements:
5+ years of marketing/content experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong digital marketing and basic SEO knowledge.
Must have a transferable residence permit in Kuwait.
Experience in the education or service sector preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
